We’re looking for an experienced Project / Product Delivery Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering multiple IT products end-to-end.

This role combines project management, delivery ownership, and client partnership, with a lighter but important product angle. In practice, it’s a highly hands-on, communication-heavy role where you’re responsible not only for keeping delivery on track, but also for building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

You’ll work across a portfolio of projects (typically 2–5 at a time), each at a different stage – from early discovery to active development and maintenance. Some will be structured and predictable, others more complex and evolving.

It’s a role for someone who is comfortable operating in a flexible environment, can make good decisions, adapt the approach, and communicate clearly – especially when things get challenging.

• Manage the development of IT products across their full lifecycle

• Work with clients from all over the world and build long-term relationships

• Lead discovery processes and influence product direction when needed

• Take full ownership of project delivery, selecting tools and techniques that fit the situation

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of development teams

• Keep stakeholders up to date on progress, risks, and changes

• Ensure delivered solutions match real business needs

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously (typically 2–5)

• Identify risks early and communicate them clearly – even when conversations are difficult

• Openness to occasional business trips and in-person client meetings

• Solve everyday challenges and support the team with your experience.

• 4+ years of experience in IT project or product management

• Must-have: proven experience independently leading end-to-end software delivery projects with full ownership from kick-off to successful delivery

• Strong experience in client-facing roles with full ownership of communication

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize effectively

• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and classic methodologies, with the ability to adapt them to the project context

• Ability to assess project specifics (complexity, scale, uncertainty) and adjust the approach accordingly

• Fluency with modern AI tools and the ability to use them in delivery workflows

• Confidence in handling difficult conversations and communicating risks, challenges, and decisions clearly

• Strong communication skills and a mature, professional approach to client and team collaboration

• Very good command of English (daily client communication).

• Experience with discovery, workshops, or shaping product direction

• Exposure to presales or early project phases

• Experience working in software houses or agencies with multiple parallel clients

• Ability to balance delivery quality, client satisfaction, and budget considerations.

• Phone Call (up to 15 min): a short introductory call to confirm the basics and make sure we're aligned before moving forward.

• People Interview (up to 60 min): a conversation to get to know each other better, covering your experience, mindset, and expectations.

• Delivery Interview (up to 90 min): an in-depth discussion with our Product Delivery Managers and COO about your delivery approach, project ownership, and collaboration style.

• Final Interview (optional): a final conversation if we need to clarify any remaining questions before making a decision.
