We’re a global, people-first software house matching ambitious developers with challenging projects. Our team of almost 100 professionals helps build and improve digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, apps, and everything in between. And they’re good at it.

We’re looking for a strong Mid or Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET + React) to join an ongoing project and work directly with a client team based in Israel.

The project is in the insurance domain and combines further development of an existing system with a broader transformation from a legacy, on-premises solution towards a cloud-based SaaS model. Backend development is the main focus, but you’ll also work across the stack, including React.js interfaces, external integrations, legacy refactoring, and AI-powered automation.

This is a role where the person behind the technical skills matters a lot. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes responsibility, works independently, and is comfortable discussing technical challenges and progress directly with an international team.

• Develop backend business logic using .NET / C#
• Build and maintain REST API integrations with insurance companies and external services
• Contribute to the system’s transition from an on-premises architecture towards a cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS model
• Work on multi-tenancy concepts, including database and schema isolation
• Develop and improve responsive React.js interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Support RTL / Hebrew-oriented frontend views where needed
• Maintain and refactor legacy code while improving system performance, security, and architecture
• Work with integrations such as WhatsApp and automated dialer systems
• Contribute to AI and bot integrations using MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Use AI-assisted development tools as part of your day-to-day engineering workflow.

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#
• Good hands-on knowledge of React.js
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and working with webhooks
• Experience with relational databases
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and multi-tenancy concepts
• Experience in the insurance / Insurtech domain
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for complex tasks and modules
• Flexibility to move between backend, frontend, maintenance, integrations, and new development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly discuss progress, blockers, and technical decisions
• English at B2/C1 level for comfortable day-to-day communication in an international team.

• Hebrew language skills — a significant advantage, but not a requirement
• Familiarity with the Israeli insurance market
• Experience migrating applications from on-premises environments to AWS or Azure
• CI/CD automation experience
• Experience integrating AI bots, MCP, or LLM-based tools into business processes
• Experience building RTL (Right-to-Left) user interfaces.
