We’re a global, people-first software house matching ambitious developers with challenging projects. Our team of almost 100 professionals helps build and improve digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, apps, and everything in between. And they’re good at it.

We’re looking for a strong Mid/Senior Symfony Developer with fluent English to join a long-term project for an international technology partner.

You’ll work on one of the longest-running systems in the client’s portfolio – a mature Symfony application that continues to be actively developed and modernized. An important part of the role will be working with older Symfony versions and gradually bringing the technology stack up to date.

You’ll collaborate directly with an 8-person development team and become part of their everyday workflow, contributing not only through development but also through active participation in planning, daily meetings, and technical discussions.

• Long-term cooperation around an established and continuously evolving system

• Meaningful modernization work with older Symfony versions

• A fully embedded role within an 8-person development team, with real involvement in day-to-day collaboration and planning

• Technical environment that also includes GitLab, CI/CD, and Go-based microservices.

• Develop and maintain an established Symfony application

• Work with legacy code and older Symfony versions

• Contribute to Symfony upgrades and gradual stack modernization

• Analyze existing solutions and introduce pragmatic improvements

• Collaborate directly with the client’s development team

• Participate actively in daily meetings, planning sessions, and other Agile team activities

• Work within an environment using GitLab and CI/CD.

• Strong Mid/Senior-level commercial experience with PHP and Symfony

• Hands-on experience with older Symfony versions

• Experience upgrading or migrating Symfony applications to newer versions

• Confidence working with mature and legacy codebases

• Ability to understand existing solutions and improve them pragmatically

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and excellent communication skills – this is essential for daily collaboration with the client’s team

• Proactive approach and willingness to be a fully engaged member of the development team.

• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD

• Familiarity with microservice-based environments

• Exposure to Go or systems integrating with Go-based services.
